Articles and information on EmptyEasel.com are provided “as is” and without any guarantee that they will be accurate. Naturally we try our best, but we will not be liable for any mistakes you find, whether typographical or factual.
In addition, the EmptyEasel logo and layout are copyright and may not be reproduced for any reason. All other images are copyright too, either by EmptyEasel or the artists that created them. Do not use them without permission.
And, just to be completely, totally clear, all written content is copyright as well and may not be reproduced without express written permission. That means if you’d like to publish an EmptyEasel article somewhere, please ask.
For artists submitting artwork:
By sending us images of your artwork, or indicating that you’d like to be a featured artist, you give express permission for your art to be published on EmptyEasel.com.
However, just because you’ve sent in your work there’s no guarantee that you’ll be featured. We receive too many submissions for that to be possible.
We DO guarantee that if your artwork is featured we’ll credit you as the artist and link back to your website, art blog, or the website where you sell your art.
For artists submitting articles:
By submitting an article you acknowledge that you are the original author, and give us express permission to edit, revise, or in any way alter your article before or after publishing it on EmptyEasel.
Reasons for changing your article may include fixing spelling errors, editing for length or clarity, or even optimizing your article for the search engines.
We can’t guarantee that every article submitted will be published, but if yours is, we’ll credit you as the author and link twice back to your website or art blog.
